Welcome to Glacier Highline. By booking a tour, purchasing tickets, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Booking & Payments
All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or authorized agents. Full payment (or a deposit of 50%) is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Prices are listed in [USD] and are subject to change until payment is confirmed.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 1 day or more before the tour date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour date are non-refundable. “No-shows” will not be refunded. If we must cancel due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.
Changes to Bookings
Date or time changes are subject to availability and may incur a change fee. Glacier Highline and its affiliates reserve the right to change itineraries, schedules, or activities due to weather, safety, or operational needs.
Participant Responsibilities
Guests must arrive at the designated meeting point on time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated. You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit for the tour. Please disclose any health concerns at the time of booking. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Alcohol consumption on site or prior to activity participation is NOT permitted, for both the safety of the participants and our staff.
Safety & Liability
Participation in tours involves inherent risks. By booking, you accept these risks. Glacier Highline, its affiliates, its employees, and partners are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages sustained during the tour, except where required by law. Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by guides.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance to cover cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or other unexpected events.
Personal Belongings
Glacier Highline and its affiliates are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property during tours. Please keep valuables secure.
Use of Photos & Media
Photos or videos may be taken by our staff or third-party operations hired/used by Glacier Highline or its affiliates during tours. These may be used for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise. Guests are welcome to take photos for personal use but may not use them for commercial purposes without permission.
